- Walk the property. Map the entry points, the blind spots and whatever is already installed. A marked-up site plan
- Design & quote
- Every camera, reader, beam and motor priced as its own line, invoiced for payment by EFT. An itemised quote
- Supply
- Make and model confirmed in writing before anything is ordered. An equipment schedule
- Install
- Clean cabling, proper mounting, and backup power where it is needed. A commissioned system
- Handover
- Full walkthrough with whoever runs the site. Documentation left on file. Plans and logins
- Support
- Faults, servicing and expansion, by the team that installed it. A named technician
