Questions we get asked
- What happens if the reader fails?
- Doors are specified with a fallback — a code, a tag or a mechanical override — so nobody is locked in or out by a dead reader.
- Where is the biometric data stored?
- On the controller at your premises by default. If you want it in the cloud, say so at survey; it changes the specification and your own privacy obligations.
